A scientific ecosystem that generates value
Relatech believes in the strength of Open Innovation and builds concrete synergies every day with universities, research centers, and territorial hubs.
Our scientific ecosystem includes high-level poles, such as the University of Calabria, the Calabrian Institute of High-Performance Network Computing (ICAR-CNR), the Polytechnic University of Milan, the University Federico II of Naples, those of Verona, Genoa, Turin, Padua, Catanzaro, to name a few; as well as territorial associations like Entopan.
From these relationships, over 30 cutting-edge research projects have emerged on technologies such as AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Big Data .
Excellence collaborations
Among the many, the most significant relationship is certainly with the University of Calabria (UNICAL), one of the best universities in the world in the IT field: a historical collaboration that translates into the sharing of research laboratories, advanced projects on AI, Digital Twin, IoT, and Generative AI, and a jointly developed Master's degree course.
Within the university, our research and development spin-offs are also born and developed, testifying to a solid and innovation-oriented bond.
Not less noteworthy is the collaboration with ICAR-CNR and ICT-Sud and the relationship with the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, with which innovative projects in the Healthcare field have been initiated.
From research to solution
Thanks to our internal R&D Hub and constant dialogue with the scientific community, We transform research results into market-ready solutions. Every project is an opportunity to innovate and grow, generating new business models, developing skills, and attracting young talents. Because for us, innovating means building the future.

Agritech: digital technologies to cultivate the future
Among the many ongoing projects, the participation in Agritech, the National Center for the Development of new Technologies in Agriculture, financed by the PNRR and the European Union, stands out. A strategic initiative involving 28 universities, 5 research centers, and 18 companies, including Relatech, with the aim of making agri-food chains more sustainable, resilient, and traceable.
The project is organized into nine strands (called Spokes). Relatech's contribution focuses particularly on Spokes 4 and 6, related to the digital transformation of agricultural and forestry management.
