Relatech has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01 (MOGC), consisting of:

• a General Part, which sets out the reference principles and guidelines adopted
• a number of Special Sections, which describe various types of crimes and offenses under
• Legislative Decree 231/01 and the principles to which all Stakeholders must refer in order to have relations with Relatech S.p.A
• the Code of Ethics
• the Disciplinary System

 

In particular, the Code of Ethics defines the values, principles, commitments and ethical and behavioral responsibilities that Relatech S.p.A is inspired by in the conduct of its business activities.

The Code of Ethics aims to reinforce and communicate Relatech’s commitments and responsibilities, as well as to detail a set of conduct criteria to which the activities of Relatech, its employees and all those who work within it must be guided.
