ReCoach: The Key to Unlocking Your Potential

The Relatech Coaching Program

At Relatech, we firmly believe in the unique potential of each individual and the strength that a cohesive team can generate. One of Relatech’s corporate values is Coaching, the tool par excellence for the improvement of professional and personal performance, for the evolution of personal well-being and for the achievement of challenging goals.

For this reason, Relatech launched an internal ReCoach coaching project dedicated to its Human Value, the heart of the company, as early as 2020. ReCoach supports our employees to reach new levels of success, aligning with Relatech’s core values, including innovation, collaboration, respect, passion.

What is coaching?

It is a personal and professional development process aimed at improving individual performance by helping people identify goals, overcome obstacles and make the most of their potential through a trusting relationship with a coach.

Coaching is a technique that helps to grow not only as an individual but also as a leader, providing practical tools for team management and organization, to align or disseminate goals and improve one’s own and colleagues’ commitment. More confident employees are people who derive greater well-being in terms of work, they feel more involved in the Company, more fulfilled and, certainly, better contribute to the Group’s successes.

Human Capital is the most important asset for Relatech, which with foresight has chosen coaching as a strategic key to further increase the potential of the individual and the group, promoting teamwork and team building, a solid management and increased with new soft skills available to the ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders aimed at ensuring greater productivity and sustainable growth.

ReCoach offers the opportunity for people to strengthen their management, communication and relational skills and to express their full potential with greater awareness of thinking and decision-making.

The ReCoach project is developed in three main levels:

Phase 1

First three days of the course, in which each participant has the opportunity to smell the scent of a very powerful essence, which they will want to wear every day: Coaching. Phase 1 is dedicated to discovering the world of coaching.

Phase 2

An annual training course organized by Coaching House and aimed at the certification of Professional Coach by the ICU - International Professional Certified Coach university.

Phase 3

Coaches with a valid qualification certificate can access the training course to become “Coach Trainer” real trainers and popularizers of the art of coaching.

The majority of the Relatech population has successfully carried out phase 1, while as many as 44 collaborators have received the certificate of qualification as professional Coaches and as many as 11 Trainers are now recognized in the Relatech Ecosystem.

Course Objectives

  1. Becoming self-aware as an initial basis for personal and professional balance.
  2. Bring out the potential of the individual person and the group.
  3. Team Building/Team Leader: share meaningful experiences with colleagues.
  4. Identify professional and personal priorities and goals.
