This vision focuses on developing a system capable of consistently integrating financial data with business process data, offering the business structured support through detailed reporting aligned with the budgeting process. The system is also adapted to the specific needs of Agrumaria, a company with a strong focus on the B2B market, to ensure more effective, targeted, and relevant management for the organization's operational and strategic needs.
The project enabled precise measurement of the first-level margin and an analytical calculation of the product's industrial cost, strengthening the economic analysis capacity. A structured industrial management control function was also established to support business processes, contributing to greater integration between operations and management. The system allows for accurate calculation of production costs throughout all phases, from pressing to blending, ensuring a robust, consistent, and fully traceable process. Finally, the cost of goods sold was determined according to the full costing, with effective integration into economic, production and commercial budgeting processes.
