APOTECA Natura required a solution capable of enhancing the role of the pharmacist by providing data collection tools and information management systems, in order to promote a more in-depth knowledge of the needs and behaviors of its patients.

The goal for the company was twofold:

Map and understand patient needs.
Increase the professionalism of the pharmacist so that he could become a reliable and competent consultant.

Following the usual ASSESSMENT phase, we concentrated our efforts on the analysis of the current customer experience and immediately identified in ReZone, Artificial Intelligence Customer Experience Solution, an innovative driver to be applied in order to:

Manage and aggregate large volumes of data from heterogeneous sources
Analyze data through AI/ML algorithms to provide the board with advanced analytics

Thanks to ReZone, we have developed an AI Customer Engagement solution that, based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms, proximity marketing tools and data analytics, improves the user's purchasing experience within the pharmacy, predicting their needs and recommending suitable products.
