Solution found

Innovative social eCommerce platform that uses recommendation systems based on multivariate clustering of reviews left by users, performed by analyzing texts through Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis and influence propagation techniques.

This solution improves Customer Engagement and Satisfaction by providing the user with more engaging recommendations based on the experiences of other users connected through the social component.
It also allows brands to be directed towards new market choices based on non-intuitive information that cannot be immediately obtained from purely commercial data.
