With diverse facilities and thousands of products handled daily, it has embarked on a digital transformation journey to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability at its facilities, including its Novaledo (TN) plant.

Digitalization and intelligent control: Menz&Gasser's transformation with Ignition and Kepware

Thanks to Ignition's flexibility and scalability and Kepware's connectivity platform, Menz&Gasser has centralized data collection, improved real-time monitoring, introduced dashboards accessible on any device, and activated automatic alert systems that reduce waste and intervention times. The digitalization of documentation, advanced traceability, smart raw material management, and new quality and maintenance tools, including the first AI-based projects, have transformed the way the plant works. The transformation continues with the development of a customized MES based on Ignition and native Sepasoft solutions, to take efficiency and traceability to an even higher level.
