A complete ERP, implementation of a CRM and a dashboard of KPI indicators

Relatech selected the Oracle NetSuite ERP system, implementing the Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and CRM modules. An integrated ERP system was implemented, managing administrative, logistics, and sales management processes integrated with purchasing. In addition, a dashboard of indicators (KPIs) was developed for management control.
