Gem\u00e4\u00df der AIM Italia-Verordnung ist jeder, der mindestens 5% einer Kategorie von Finanzinstrumenten von Relatech SpA h\u00e4lt, ein \u201ebedeutender Aktion\u00e4r\u201c.<\/p>

Eine Verpflichtung der Aktion\u00e4re, mitzuteilen, wenn ein Aktienbesitz den Schwellenwert von 5% des Aktienkapitals des Emittenten nach oben oder unten \u00fcberschreitet oder wenn die Schwellenwerte von 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66,6% und 90% des Aktienkapitals des Emittenten erreicht oder \u00fcberschritten werden (\u201eRelevante Beteiligungen\u201c) oder wenn sie unter diese Schwellenwerte fallen, und eine damit verbundene Aussetzung des Stimmrechts f\u00fcr die Aktien und Finanzinstrumente, f\u00fcr die eine Mitteilung unterblieben ist, falls der Verwaltungsrat nicht \u00fcber \u00c4nderungen bei den Relevanten Teilnehmern informiert wurde.<\/p>

Zu diesem Zweck muss der bedeutende Aktion\u00e4r innerhalb von 4 Handelstagen ab dem Tag, an dem die Transaktion durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, die zu der wesentlichen \u00c4nderung gef\u00fchrt hat, Relatech SpA Folgendes mitteilen:<\/p>

  1. Die Identit\u00e4t der beteiligten bedeutenden Aktion\u00e4re;<\/li>
  2. das Datum, an dem Relatech SpA informiert wurde;<\/li>
  3. das Datum, an dem die wesentliche \u00c4nderung der Interessen stattfand;<\/li>
  4. Preis, Betrag und Kategorie der betreffenden Finanzinstrumente von Relatech SpA;<\/li>
  5. die Art der Operation;<\/li>
  6. Art und Umfang der Beteiligung des bedeutenden Aktion\u00e4rs an der Transaktion;<\/li>
  7. wenn die Pressemitteilung ein Finanzprodukt betrifft, dessen Wert ganz oder teilweise direkt oder indirekt im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Preis der betreffenden Relatech-Finanzinstrumente bestimmt wird, ausf\u00fchrliche Informationen zur Art dieser Engagements.<\/li><\/ol>
